There used to be the Vertu brand of phones too that were made of various precious metals, wrapped in Leather or encrusted with precious stones which would also give you one touch access to a concierge that could arrange things for you, think the cheapest phone was about 6 grand.
I think the market was quite small as they were owned by Nokia for a bit and then went private and then went bust but look to be back in business.
