I remember as being a stylish woman on A Song For Europe ... those glamorous gowns she wore & her beautiful speaking voice

From the link which @MI5 has posted I am very glad to now know she supported many animal charities

I remember her more for her work with animals as I never watched A song for Europe.

All my childhood memories seem to be disappearing and the people I grew up with are passing away it seems, monthly.
