Sir Roger Bannister, the first person to run a mile in under four minutes, has died at the age of 88.

Never knew that. I’d always assumed he carried on doing athletics until he retired

I never watched athletics back then....I was only 4 ☺Not even sure we had a tv 😔
However, not to take anything away from the man, it's yet another sad loss. RIP 😕
