Comedy legend Ken Dodd has died age 90

A wonderfully funny man who up till recently was still touring

Recently released from hospital after a chest infection he died at the home he had lived in all his life

R.I.P Sir Ken. You will be sadly missed.heart

I remember him slightly from when I was younger, quite entertaining I recall.
Very sad news, had no idea he was 90!

Up till 2 years ago he was a regular booking at our local Civic Hall.

He always sold out.

He was renowned for giving value for money and would always exceed the time he was meant to be onstage.

Opening line was usually 'If you booked that taxi for 12.30am you should cancel it now' Smiley Very Happy

Very funny talented comic and singer.

I was not a big fan of Ken Dodd but he was a legend. He made a lot of people laugh and kept going long after many of the newer so-called comedians will have been long forgotten.

Sad to hear of his death though he did have a good innings.
