My mum been poorly fell broke hip got pressure sores on her feet 😞
Been in hospital and respite in care home.
Had to move mum into another care home and i took Poppy (dog) to see her Nana last night.
First time they had met for 3 months 
Mum didnt know Poppy was visiting her .
Hope its not big the pic i had to crop it to make it fit said file was too large .

What a lovely picture @Poppysmum
When I was nursing in the care of the elderly unit we had one day a week allocated for bringing cats and dogs in to see their owners. (Cats had to be leashed) lol
We also included the 'Pat a Dog' scheme for those patients who had no animals but would have loved one.
We found it was very restorative to their care

I couldnt take Poppy if other dogs and cats about she doesnt like them.
She is people friendly but a bit boisterious would knock the residents over.
Was rolling over for tickle belly when couple staff saw her
