Play in the Sand Day :)

Today seems to be 'Play in the Sand Day'.

What would you do in the sand if you were on a beach (or sandbox) right now? I'd like to try do that thing where you get buried under the sand and all but your head is visible. 

If you don't like that sort of thing though, there are some other cool stuff you can do with sand, e.g. some DIY crafts like making a sand art terrarium which I found when searching online. You can also turn sand into a natural exfoliant for skin, for example.

Or just build a simple sand castle like these ones.

There seems to be 365 special days every year....

Tomorrow here is Happy Mothers Day and the date never varies because it is the Queen's birthday, just as Father's day is the King's birthday on December 5th. The Thais in their informate  wisdom decree that all bars and the sale of alcohol is prohibited on both days. Now tell me, how do we celebrate....?
