Phone mast not working in Ulverston(Cumbria)

It's been two days now that I have not been able to make calls...been in to 02 shop....had no idea of when the problem is going to be rectified....suggested I try and phone Customer Services.......I'm trying....and waiting....waiting...waiting.....tried lots of options just to try and speak to someone....but having no joy whatsoever....any help/advice from anyone out there would be appreciated....the gist I got in the 02shop was that this is not going to be rectified quickly...!!!....bit brassed off at the moment...

Unfortunately o2 never give info on mast fix times .

So many things can effect the repair.

Just check here http://status.o2.co.uk if the fault is showing o2 will resolve it as soon as they can.

Note down when you lost service and when you recieve it again and once sorted ask for compensation
