This was in my inbox this morning. I've deleted all the links and replaced them with x's so no one clicks on them. If I moused over the links they all start with o2.davinci-crm and I won't copy the rest for obvious reasons. Anyone else receive a mail like this? @Martin-O2 @Marjo are you aware of this?

Well I've already deleted the mail, so I can't forward it to the O2 phishing address, unless you still have it @jonsie...

Yes I still have it but I'm not too sure how to forward it as a PM?

@jonsiethe PM advice was to forward it to @Martin-O2

To send it to O2 directly

  • Create a new email draft with 'Phishing' as the subject
  • Attach the suspicious email
  • Send to phishing@o2.com

Thanks for sharing the link @Bambino! Regarding the email the Community team does 99% of communications with customers though the forum so having an external email is unnecessary.

I'll forward on the link you shared. wink

I don't have a problem with forwarding it to O2 but I can't think of any way to forward the email as a PM? Maybe it's that bump on the head taking it's toll now....

@jonsieCan't you just go to email on laptop, click on 'Open in web browser' then highlight to copy....

Open PM box to Martin and paste the whole lot in there?

(Or are we talking at cross purposes? tongue_winking)
