Your pac will be available to use for 30 days once O2 generate it.

This will then give you a final bill & any fees left to pay

Do you guys think is complicated or not well explained on the O2 website? If so how would you improve it, how would you make this information more accessible?

Personally I've no problem with it or finding other info I need.......

Most info is available on the O2 website and adequately explained. However the big problem is finding it. It's ok of you know where to look but both the website and the community search engines are next to useless. You find yourself using Google which then links far better to O2.
