Today I added a iPhone to my basket to start a contract I filled out all my details and bank details when I got to the end it just took out £30 and then went back to the page and the phone was still in the basket but the payment went out as o2 online new order slough I have had no email confirmation I want to know what is happening

Ring o2 Sales in the morning on 0800 081 0255 and they can check the order out to see if it has gone through
