I tried ordering a phone online and it said £30 up front and it took my £30 out my bank and then it asked me if I want to pay £500+ upfront. I’m just asking for a refund?

As long as they only took £30 as an upfront cost for your order, this is normal. As they haven't taken any additional monies, I can't see why you want a refund?

Because it’s asking for another £509 upfront as well as the £30

Which you haven't paid. The £30 will be refunded if you dont complete the order @Sophie76483
