Though Amazon really need to get their act together. I know they are a huge company making vast profits but their decisons shock even me at times.....and I am usually the one who benefits. I have Amazon Prime. Here's the scenario...order something for next day delivery ...it fails to arrive. I get on the phone.Depending on the CS who takes the call there are different outcomes
1) They refund my money and re-order the item for next day delivery. They extend my Prime membership for an additional month. Next day....first order arrives...and an hour later so does the second.
Being 'quite' honest I contact them....the number of times I have been told to keep both items beggars belief.
2) Slightly different....when I ring and they CANCEL the item ...I usually only get one...
but have been known to get two
3) Once I received three games for the XBox one (I only ordered 1) Delivered by Royal Mail and never scanned
I contact them to say I have been sent 3....was told to keep all 3 and do what I wanted to with the two I didn't need. .....
I am not saying this happens on every occasion...but enough for me to wonder how the hell they are so profitable?

Well as I am the one to benefit......I dont moan. I was purely making a statement. Mind you I once ordered a very very good bottle of whisky. I had no reason to call them and say it hadn't arrived. (mores the pity)
