Old people & scooters think they own the place & expect people to move for them. Tonight I was out, one barged past me, wasn't looking where they were going & drove straight into a wooden fence

I have the same issue with Horses on the road.

For a while I was a volunteer looking after these things for an organisation who put a gentleman in touch who was visiting the UK and needed one for a couple of weeks. 

We agreed to lend him one and he emailed me to see what speed he could get out of it.  My response - no idea but the faster you go the shorter the distance between charges!    Think all users should pass a test on the grounds of safety

A lot of others feel the same way.

As more cars are on the road, it'll get harder for riders to do so.
