Another good one for o2 just shows we only see the complaints here not the good customer service o2 usually provide on the telephone (live chat I am on the fence about)

That's interesting. I have to say that the reports I've heard about good customer service was one of the reasons that I chose O2 when I decided to move from Vodafone.
