Haha ok one line confused me in response to the question about outages.

"Once somthing happens that affects our customers I immediately get a txt alert. So I can then speak to head of coms..."

If the network is down how does he get a txt?:/ or is mr dunne not on O2? grin

 

he does however seem like a very nice gentleman somthing i was rather suprised with.

Yeah I caught that programme but what he said rather amused me.

On outages he said his main communications manager rings him on his mobile if an outage occurs. Obviously never an outage where he resides then.
