My aunt seems to be paying for a service I cannot identify. I will probably need to cancel this service (she is moving into a care home).

No options in virtual assistant - I need to talk to a real person.

HELP!

You need to call customer services on  0344 809 0202 and ask them, but be aware you may need to pay off any termination fees.. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
