I've been receiving calls from a private number since April 2023 and I was told that the courier service could track the number or tell me the last 4 digits of the number.

Courier Service? Do you mean network, then the answer is no they can't. If they do have the number it can only be released for legal reasons on request from the authorities 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
