Headline : One wi-fi hotspot for every 150 people, says study.

Except from the link "The UK has one wi-fi hotspot for every 11 people and worldwide there is one for every 150, new research from wi-fi provider iPass indicates.
It suggests there will be 47.7 million public hotspots worldwide by the end of 2014."

My thoughts :

Any improvements to help keep People online and as importantly preserve data allowances must be a good thing. 😄

I was actively searching for wifi hotspots yesterday and found free ones in my city centre which are old red style phone booths , painted blue and wifi tech sealed in them , and it seems more households with BT are sharing a small amount of bandwidth from their routers to allow connection.
