It seems that the only browsers that could be vulnerable are Internet Explorer and Safari on Windows, and in addition Microsofts IIS web servers.

Chrome and Firefox (and Apache or nginx web servers) use a different SSL/TLS 'engines'.

Safari on OS10 is not affected either.
