Read it this morning just after finding out that some shyster has walked into my local branch of RBS (who I work for!) and transferred £804 out of my account. Spoke to fraud who say they will investigate. Nothing is safe these days!

Flippin 'eck Jonsie.....

Hope that gets resolved quickly. Given that there are more cameras in a bank branch than there are in a camera shop how do these people get away with it?

Hopefully the money has been stopped from being withdrawn by the fraudster

Ouchie, @Jonsie! Hope it's solved quickly. I've been a fraud victim twice, it's not nice. Both times the bank fixed my losses but surprisingly never knew what happened. The police complained of little co-operation from the bank's side.

I'll never know. The odd think is that is that there was a car recovery membership payment and a mobile bill payment, so finding names shouldn't have been hard. Bah.

It's doubly worrying because I'm so far away and can't get answers until a promised callback on Monday.

I was on the phone over an hour being passed to different people praying that Tu Go was working. Thankfully it was otherwise 60 minutes at £1.50/min.... I'll leave you to do the maths!
