Hello. Does anyone know how to claim that £10 o2 said they'd give to anyone who experienced netwrok failure in July? At the time they said to collect it through o2 priority in Septmeber and made me sign up to it but can't find anything now. Cheers

You need to download Priority Moments - if you have a smartphone search on the app store.
Alternatively - Text MOMENTS to 2020 to join. You will then receive a text with the link to the Priority Moments app.

I claimed a free gift - an external speaker for my Sony Xperia S. The sound is so low, even at full volume, that I can barely hear the radio through it. I'll be sticking with earphones in future.
