Netflix - What are you watching?

So then..

I’m currently making my way through The Haunting of Hill House, loosely based on the novel. It’s not hardcore make you jump scary but it’s enough to make you wonder what that noise was.

It’s only 10 episodes long so not a ‘Lost’ yawnathon.

Short review HERE .. read the first few paragraphs only!

So tell me, what am I watching next?

@EmilieT @foocindy The Rain is ok and plenty of intrigue to it to hopefully get another series to it so it explores the remaining questions.

More info
The kids are are stupidly dumb right at the beginning and begs the question were the parents dumb enough to allow them external access....and the entire world is literally Denmark.

Dark: Now this is a slow burner and gets better as the plot gets filled in. Be warned, don't be distracted when watching it otherwise you will likely miss an plot point that appears later.

More info
Its billed as a supernatural thriller a la Stranger Things but actually its more time-travel sci-fi than you think. Everything and everyone is linked so take notes nerd

Also: don't use the dubbed voices either, it doesn't sync right and the nuances don't translate well so stick to the subtitles.

@foocindy pay him no mind joy

Personally I think you've got great tsste, even if you're a bit late to the party.

Oh, and yes you are the last one to see The Sopranos LOL

You might also want to add Line of Duty, if it's on Netflix. Brilliant series, with a new series in the New Year.

@foocindy

Line of Duty (1st series) actually started on BBC 2.

It had so many viewers they decided to move it to BBC 1

Along with Sherlock it's one of those programmes I can't wait to see wink

I re-watched Sherlock (movie version with Robert Downey Jr + Jude Law) before I gave it away to charity shop. Its so good.  Sherlock on TV with Benedict Cumberbatch... the style .. is actually a "copy" of the movie version.  The movie was directed by my fav Guy Ritchie.
