Hey guys,
The proposed first maned mission to Mars "Mars One" has entered the latest phase of selection for the candidates.
The mission which intends to setup the first human colony on Mars will land astronauts in groups of 4 every 2 years starting in 2024 until the final 24 participants are there. The crazy thing is the trip is intended to be one way for those involved! This vastly reduces the cost of the endeavour but means the crew will have to live out their days on the surface of the red planet.
Some have called this a publicity seeking scam but those involved are serious about the mission. What are your thoughts on this? Would you ever consider giving it all up and taking a one way trip to Mars for the adventure? Let me know in the comments below.

I'd never go to Mars if I had the opportunity, but I wish people success for those who do go. I'm sure it'd be an amazing experience for many people.

Yeah I don't think I could go either. I couldn't handle the thought of never eating a steak again
