I've lost my phone, I am abroad and can't ring the number O2 gives as I don't have a phone but have email. Any ideas please
No sorry you cant email them.....you can however borrow someone elses phone or a landline and call them on the numbers given in this link
http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/lost-or-stolen-device#qs
You need to inform the police whilst you are abroad...it helps to have a crime reference if claiming on insurance
Also you could contact live chat but they are closed now. The numbers in the link I gave are open 24 hrs a day
Further edit: I have just found an online form you can complete
https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=lost_stolen&case=Lost/Stolen%20Form
