Actually you can do this.. @Anonymous It is down to phrasing only...

You can only have one phone (or SIM) per account, but you can have any number of accounts on your contract......or put another way ... one contract in your name for example, then add other phones to that contract so you just pay one bill a month.... (One of our members @MI5 does this)

If you look in My O2 and the section 'Bring in other products'....

I am not on contract I am on pays you go so my sim cars can go in any handset as long it O2 it dont matter where my sim goes it's not working and I think this love chat is a bit of a mick take especially waiting from 5 to get a answer and now offline it's a joke

Have you done a sim swap? Swapping your number from your old sim to the new one?
