Possibly all the advisors are busy. Anything we can help with as long as it's not account related

Use the numbers I provided then as you are better off speaking to them on the phone. Live chat doesn't have a good reputation for account issues

All I wanted to know is we put a sim card in a phone today and it said no sim mode what can that mean

So frustrated just now with o2!!

My contract finished at the start of September and I contacted them via live chat to ask if they had an option whereby I could have 2 phones on the one contract. I was informed that they did not do this.

The next day I had a call and was told that they did do this. As I was at work, I arranged for a call at 6pm that night. The call came, I answered and then the phone was put down on me!!

I received a call today with a message saying that if I had any issues to call 202...I have done this twice to be told that there is no point as they are too busy and close at 9pm tonight and to try again tomorrow.

If anyone can confirm whether I can or can't have 2 phones with 1 contract on o2, I would be eternally grateful.

Yeah it so frustrating when live chat can't even work for disguss this I think it's disgusting how do they get custom if they do this

@Anonymous You can't, the only way you can do is to have the 2 contracts for the phones then go into your myo2 & click bring in products which will then put the 2 contracts under your account

@Anonymous Also,try taking the sim out & cleaning with a dry cloth carefully then put the sim back in
