It is peak time for broadband usage...so chances are that it's ur connection, just like they said.... I've also used them with no problems.

I don't know if it was the bug or the operator when I started asking difficult questions. I wanted to use my phone from another SP with O2, I had the phone unlocked so that I could and I can use it with Oé that is true but because the original phone I purchased from O2 was so old (14 year old Motorola V1) I'm not aloud to have my account showing any other phone unless I purchased it from 02. I cant get to O2 as I'm not in the UK but I still want their services and BoltOns but I cant have them unless I buy another phone from them so.... O2 doesn't want my Money !!!!!!!

Well I'm glad you understood that because I couldn't make head nor tail from it. Why would they want to use an O2 sim if they're not in the UK? Why don't they just get a local sim from wherever they are?
