 off to A&E again this afternoon I have torn a ligament in my knee so I'm off sick all from mopping a changing room floor

Sorry to hear that. The brace looks big hope it is reasonably comfortable.   

How long will you need to wear it?

Do you need a crutch or frame for a while.

Going to be off work for quite a while. Need to have physio to get my knee back to normal it's bulky but it's light weight thank you

Now on sick leave from both jobs time to heal my knee
