Apple are no less a business cooperation than that Kaching! guy wanting to by O2.

If it is anything like iTunes on Windows, it will be sluggish and ineffecient. On my PC (Hexacore) it still behaves a bit slower than other music applications.

I'd rather invest my money in spotify, especially with the recently announced playstation music adaption going through in March.
