when I was signing up, I noticed that password should be in letters and numbers. It does not allow to put symbols or characters, keeping account vulnerable!!! 

 

o2 service should focus on improving its security. I was hoping how to request this vital message to o2 service. If anyone of you out there is able to do so, then please go ahead.

You can create a secure password using letters and numbers. Not being able to use symbols doesn't necessarily make it vulnerable.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Yes you can use a multi digit and letter password.  A password is as secure as you make it....

Given most of logins are database based, its quite likely that using certain characters will break the process. Look up metacharaters in passwords and you'll discover how much fun it is. Trust me, I've seen something break a system because someone used a reserved character in a password! We solved it by escaping it but then you're into the extremely dark art of Regex.
