I topped up my phone, but instead of it going to PAYG, a £15.00 monthly bundle was setup!

I do not want a monthly £15 bundle on my phone I wanted to do a £10.00 PAYG top-up. For some reason I keep getting the message £2.90 balance which is on my old PAYG phone, meaning £5.00 was taken from there to add to the £10 top-up on my new phone and made into a £15 monthly Bundle?! I need this to be corrected immediately, or I will no longer use 02.
