November 21st is the start date for this years series. Due to covid restrictions, the show will be held in Gwrych Castle in Wales again and hosted by Ant and Dec.

The contestants have been named

Simon Gregson (Plays Steve McDonald in Coronation Street) Last year Beverley Callard who plays Steve's Mum Liz was on the show.

Adam Woodyatt (who plays Ian Beale in Eastenders)

Arlene Phillips. Ex SCD judge. At 78 Arlene is the oldest contestant to appear on the show

Frankie Bridge (Singer from The Saturdays)

Richard Madeley TV Broadcaster

Matty Lee (Diving Partner of Tom Daley)

Naughty Boy (never heard of him but is a DJ and music producer.)

Danny Miller. (Plays Aaron Dingle in Emmerdale)

David Ginola (ex Footballer)

Kadeena Cox (Olympian Gold medallist)

Louise Minchin (TV broadcaster)

DJ Locksmith (DJ another one I haven't heard of)

Snoochie Shy (Model and TV presenter. Who?) 😂

So there we are. Some good, some bad and some I've never heard of. Really looking forward to it.

A real shame. The sooner they back to Australia the better I think. THe trials are better with high wire acts of daring. Nothing they have been able to replicate in Wales. A real shame.

I`m A Celebrity returns.

Ant and Dec presented live from the castle, where celebs are now back.

Show began with recap of events and damage caused by storm.

Then tonight`s show concentrated on what happened in camp on Friday.

As there was no public vote, it was up to the celebs to decide who would do the Main Trial - Bed Chamber of Chills. Kadenna and Arlene volunteered to do the trial.

The Main Trial. Two bunk beds. One in top bunk had to move stars thru maze so drop through to person in bottom bunk who had to fit stars into two racks. In total darkness, each celeb had 25 snakes in with them.

Kadenna and Arlene got 10 out of 11 stars.

Back in camp, Adam and Simon chatted about how each got their role in TV soap.

Coin Challenge. David and Louise in stable, had to find apples and launch them into buckets. Did it and earnt coins to take to shop to choose between apple pies and twiglets. Chose apple pies. Question to camp What percentage of public pretend to be bad at a job so they won`t be chosen to do it again 20% or 37% ?

Campmates said 20% which was correct. David and Louise returned to camp with four small apple pies, which they divided up between 11 celebs.

Kadenna and Arlene returned to camp and told celebs they got 10 out of 11 stars. Meal was oxtail. NB said he`d do cooking and Kadenna should take a break but she insisted on giving instructions so again there was a bit of an issue with NB not happy, although he did cook. Danny said it was the best meal he had had in camp.

Public voted for who was to do tomorrow`s trial - Savage Stakeout, with Adam and Simon excempt from vote as Lords of the Castle. Public once again voted NB to do trial.

Adam and Simon`s roles as Lords of Castle to end soon, so lines opened to vote for new leader.

Ant and Dec announced that tomorrow night`s show will also give full story of celebs return to Castle.

I thought Kadeena was absolutely terrified during that trial. She hates snakes and whilst she finished her part of the trial, Arlene took ages to get the stars into the slots and they kept dropping to the floor among the snakes. Kadeena had a panic attack when the trial was finished

Kadeena also didn't like NB doing the cooking and kept giving unwanted advice. Neither of them had cooked oxtail so it was stupid really. It didn't help when Danny said it was the best meal he's had in camp. In fairness to him, they have had a lot of fish which he hates.

Not sure whether the show will be extended as we have missed 3 days?

Also getting sick of the public voting for NB, trial after trial.  I mean they would hardly vote for Matty as he is like the invisible man. Brings nothing to the show at all.

Tonight`s episode opened with recap of celebrities returning to camp and being reunited. Danny said that while away from castle he had stuck to rice and beans. Ant and Dec revealed celebs had tried to smuggle in biscuits, fruit, and fake tan on return to camp.

Main trial - Savage Stakeout. Public had voted for NB to do trial. He went with Simon and Adam, who were told they would be part of the trial. Trial involved two contraptions. NB was strapped in first to get 6 stars.

Simon and Adam had to answer six questions. For each one they got it right, NB had to face critters fro 30 secs, get the question wrong and NB had to spend 60 secs.

first star - Adam and Simon got question right, NB faced earthworms for 30 secs; completed, star won.

second star - question right; NB faced locusts for 30 secs; completed, star won.

third star - question wrong; NB faced grasshoppers for 60 secs; completed, star won.

fourth star - question wrong - NB faced crickets for 60 secs; completed, star won.

fifth star - question right - NB faced cockroaches for 30 secs; completed, star won.

sixth star - question right - NB faced spiders on head for 30 secs; completed, star won.

NB then taken from first contraption and strapped in second

seventh star - question right - NB faced rats for 30 secs; completed, star won.

eigth star - question right - NB faced toads for 30 secs; completed, star won.

nineth star - question right - NB faced crabs for 30 secs; completed, star won.

tenth star - question right - NB faced pythons for 30 secs; completed, star won.

eleventh star - question wrong - NB faced 8 snakes for 60 secs; completed, star won.

For questions Adam and Simon got wrong, they were tarred and feathered.

Adam and Simon cleaned up and returned with NB to camp. 

Coin Challenge - Snoochie and Danny had to water flowers by filling brolly with water by pump and then move water from one cubicle to the next with various impliments and then pour water into watering can.

Seemed to be quite hrd to do. Snoochie and Danny played around, soaking each other at one point but managed to complete the challenge and earned coins to spend at shop. They chose popcorn for camp.

Celebs had to answer question - What percentage of people give their age as younger than really are - 47% or 33%. Camp went for 47% whch was correct. Snoochie and Danny returned with popcorn which celebs divided up between them - just four small pieces each.

Celebs chatted about their ages.

Food for NB, Simon and Adam completing the trial and getting 11 stars was an emu egg, which Kadenna cooked and NB was OK about that.

Scroll arrived which announced that Simon nd Adam`s reign as Lords was over and new Lord of Camp was David and Danny wa shis deputy. They would be exempt from chores and would sleep in large bed.

Ant and Dec announced the public vote for the two celebrities taking part in tomorrow`s  trial - entitled Castle Scarey-oke - are Frankie and NB.

Have to say I'm getting more and more fed up of seeing NB doing trials. It's boring. Him shouting and screaming like a big girls blouse is doing my head in!

Also the silly thoughts and philosophies he comes out with. All the droning on about Mother Nature etc etc etc.

People like Matty may as well not be there.

I know it's good we have a show but we have no aerial trials at all. I shall continue watching it as I always have but if they don't get back to Australia next year I think this show will slowly die. 

Let's hope we see a change with David as camp leader, although I doubt it.

I'm just hoping it gets better because I used to really love this show.

Totally agree with you that this year`s IAC is becoming boring and fans of the show have been saying it across various platforms. So God knows why the public keep voting NB to do the trials.

Last year we had Jordan screaming and being terrified of everything and his famous going to a "happy place", which was entertaining. We also had Shane dominating conversations and trying to get himself in front of the camera as much as possible. Like it or not, at least most of this was entertaining. NB is NOT entertaining with his constant screaming, throwing his toys out the pram, and his attention-seeking.  

God knows why the public keep voting for him to do the trials.

Although I agree that the aerial challenges and trials when IAC was in the jungle was "one to watch", I don`t think that if this lot were in the jungle there would be much difference. I think the problem is not the venue [I enjoyed IAC in the castle last year] but this year there are those who are getting far too much screen time whilst others [such as Matty] are hardly seen at all.

With Simon and Adam no longer excempt and having to mix with the camp-mates and David as leader, I hope there are some changes and improvements.

Having watched IAC since it first aired, I`ll continue to watch and hope this is not the end of what has been an entertaining show.

You are right. It's the camp mates who make the show. The fact we had 3 days without them seemed to 'break' the continuity. They aren't gelling as camp mates as they did last year. I know Beverley Callard and Jordan formed a life long friendship. They recently had a TV show of their own. This lot seem to worship 'the god that is David Ginola and if honest, footballing legend status aside, what does he do?.

I just  hope it picks up. Ray has never liked it much anyway and I seem to be constantly moaning at HIS moans 😂

They also jokingly wrote " All Trials to be done by NB" Everyone laughed except NB who didn't understand the joke 😂

Danny was talking about his hero worship of David as a footballer. He tried to go to all his UK games and when he was a kid. Apparently he had a replica kit with Davids name and number

NB talked about his break into the business because of Noel Edmonds

The Trial

Castle Scarery-oke. NB and Frankie: Drinking and Singing trial One had to drink something revolting whilst the other one on stage singing and getting covered with a variety of vile things.

NOT listing all drinks and songs!!0

First round: Frankie singing whilst covered with gunge. NB drank first drink then they swapped places.

2nd round: Frankie struggled with drink but got it down NB covered with blood (Fake blood)

3rd round. Successful

4th round Successful

10th round.  NB sang but Frankie couldn't drink

They won 10 stars for camp.

Back in camp David told them how he was on short list for a part in a James Bond film but with a new producer picked he didn't get it.

Venison sausages for main meal. Not sure why Kadeena, Frankie and NB went to bed but Simon ended up cooking?

(I did read on the IAC Forum on FB that NB only eats certain foods due to his religion. That's why you see him cook but rarely see him eat)
