So I have been browsing around and found this 'little beauty'
Huawei has been steadily shedding its reputation as a budget smartphone maker in recent years and to that end the Chinese company made significant progress with the superb Mate S smartphone in 2015. Huawei has just launched its latest premium device, the Mate 8, a phablet which promises to go head-to-head with the iPhone 6S Plus and Galaxy Note 5....

Quite a beast it is.
But as a whole package, no way at that price.Get away....who asked you anyway?...
Sorry, I assumed you didn't know that it's the first to feature Kirin and they'll be looking to gain as much as possible from the fastest cpu available.

The Mate 8 is just too big. I nearly got a Nexus 5X, but now I'm very close to getting a Mate S. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to risk getting a Chinese version adapted for the UK, as the spec for the UK version just isn't up to scratch. I find it really annoying that the best spec versions are reserved for China. I don't know why that is, but it makes me mad.
