Apropos of a thread that strayed off topic a few days ago (http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-topic/Mine-s-bigger-than-yours/m-p/939529), this is a review of the new Huawei phone from a reputable source, if anyone's interested.

An interesting read. As said the biggest problem is the price and reading through the review, it's a phone I wouldn't be buying.

Can you even use reputable in the same sentence as Cnet. They are one bribe away from becoming iVerge.

Joking aside, I'll have a little read later.

Not going off-topic:smileywink: @Bambino I marvel at the people on here (the big boys) who can not only master the complicated devices, but who can afford them, it gobsmacks me on both accounts

I, of course am well suited with my orange Microsoft Lumia 640 which you must laugh at, but 'if the coat fits' ... ... ... & I did do my research online, with the general encouragement I've had in the two years I've been a member

So, never mind if I'll never have a 'big boys device' ... ... ... I enjoy the reviews & I shall read this one Bambino has highlighted for us with genuine interest

Good to 'see' you @anticpated ... & what you post is always 'on the button' in this case or 'hilarious' in others

My current and previous handset are fairly big at a >5" screen. As my eyesight isn't great as it used to be, the resolution and sharpness helps. I wouldn't stoop as low as a Doro phone yet though....

It's a beautiful phone. I love it. The prices in the link state £450 for the 32GB. If it stays at that price... then in my opinion it's a damn good deal. Thanks for raising my hopes yet again @Bambino Bouncy

Thanks @gmarkj. Thing is I do think it's a lovely looking phone but a few of the regulars on here tell me there are better phones out there for the money. I have also been looking at the Note 5.. Decisions decisions........:smileywink:
