Has anyone got any light on my before asked questions about mail and it being synced between different devices? Example, I delete mail on my iPhone but it doesn't delete on my Macbook

This is normally set up in the preferences of your email settings on your Mac.

 

Do you use a pop3 or IMAP style account and who do you use ?

If you have it set up as a POP account you need to change it to IMAP.

You would need to delete it and re add the account. It's part of the initial set up process.
