Any resolutions anyone?

I'm going to try and do the couch to 5k thing. I hate walking / running, so I'm going to try it and then do a park run at the end.. (Yes I know, dodgy knee but it's going to be dodgy whether I exercise or not)

I've acquired a fitbit, so fingers crossed that might help motivate!

I'm thinking about doing a regular swimming session

It'd be a nice walk up through the park

I've got a sensible swimsuit, never worn, I'll look a sight but if it ladies only I won't mind

There are ladies / mens only swim sessions

I even know of a friend who regularly goes to the ladies only swim sessions so maybe I could go with her

Well I've started cycling to work again after a month of not.

I'm not going to have a drink until my birthday at the end of February.  I managed 6 weeks without a drink after new year last year. So this will be a little longer.

I also plan to do Dechox in February

Thanks

Steve
