Hi everyone,
The spookiest time of the year is upon us, and I hope you're all ready
There are many ways to enjoy Halloween, whether it's with a quiet night at home waiting for trick-or-treaters, a scare-fest from the comfort of your couch, or by attending one of many themed events.
How do you celebrate Halloween? If you like to dress-up, what's your all-time favourite costume? Do you prefer a night of horror movies and halloween-themed treats?
I'm curious to hear all about your Halloween plans!

Sounds great @pgn
Whereas we had no kids knocking, probably as we live in a cul de sac and all the kids from here have grown up and moved away. (thank god)
Limited fireworks as well, so that was good for the cats.
I ate nothing pumpkin related as I can't stand it.....
Retired in front of telly watching a new serial drama called Dark Heart which was very bloodthirsty, though not in a Halloween way.
Off to bed at 1am, couldn't sleep, so up at 6am
We never say White Rabbits for the first day of the month. Far more physical in our neck of the woods.
It's Pinch, Punch, First day of the month.
Though as you are far away, you have missed the pinching and punching

Useable pumpkin yield was very low this year @Cleoriff@ - soup had mainly potato, carrot, parsnip, sweet potato, onion and garlic and herbs/spices, with a can of coconut milk for good measure. The recipe I used as a vague guide this year was here

Actually sounds delicious @pgn. I would have enjoyed that with all the extra ingredients.
Edited to add, I see you have now added a picture of your window decor. Looks brilliant. x
