Anyone else going to be watching?

Looking forward to GBBO 2021 and your comments from next week.

I have finished watching this. Not repeating everything already said but I don't think Guiseppe deserved 3rd in the technical. Yes they were slightly overbaked but the only one that looked anything like a belgian bun. Chigs were cut the wrong way round and nothing like they should be.  I eat Belgian buns every week Lol.

As for the showstopper, considering Guiseppe lost 15 minutes as his oven was off, he did brilliantly.

Chigs was great as well. Poor Crystelle with her raw focaccia. A real shame.

The right person won and it meant so much to Guiseppe. His Dad who is suffering with dementia now, used to be a brilliant baker.

That's it for another year. Thoroughly enjoyed it. ❤️
