I'm seriously thinking of a Nexus 4 when they're back in stock, it all seems to be good kit to me.

I haven't heard anything bad about it and you seem to get a fair bit of kit for the price.

I've been toying with the idea of the Nexus 7, but I need a new phone as well and I'm intrigued by the Asus Padfone 2, if it ever gets sold in the UK. The original Padfone never made it here.

I think if you compare tablets then I doubt you will go wrong with the nexus compared to others.

I sadly spent an hour in PC world and curries/dixons (I would never buy from either of them) whilst a certain woman went curtain shopping and Ipads are so over priced for what they are and there compatibility.

I would love a tablet where you could slide your phone in the side or in the back and they are formatted with each other.

That's what the Asus does, and what's even more intriguing is that you only need the one sim card to run both, and the tablet part charges the phone battery when they're connected.
