A game with 30 anagrams - with all of the answers related to a common theme -

HINTS:

some answers have more than one word 

the number of words in the anagram is not necessarily the same number of words in the answer

The target will be 90 words, with one 9-letter word and 6 8-letter words in the list in the source used for this game. There is no "S" in the diamond to make plurals. There is a less common letter as the red letter.
