What's going on here lately, mods editing everything all the time, even sensible answers or not moderating anything at all as was the case on the weekend. I enjoy being here with friends but you can't even post an sensible answer anymore without getting flamed for it

Hi Stuart, sorry to hear you feel that way, but I'm more than happy to discuss anything that isn't working for you.

Also guys to let you know, we've been working on the guidelines to make them significantly more detailed and easy to follow so that you'll have more of an idea for the reasons we do certain things. When I put them up though I'd love to hear your thoughts on them. I'm sure you'll have some useful points.

I'll let you know when they are ready slight_smile

Look forward to it toby, can't we have have some sort of FAQ in a section or thread explaining what is acceptable & what isn't , we regulars do know but newbies possibly not & small nit picks may get highlighted even though they weren't intended to derail

Liquid you are serial de-railer of threads !   wink

I've been moderated once when I included a link connected to iOS jail-breaking.

And one thread closed as it had run its course.

What I have seen recently is a lot of threads being resolved !

jailbreaking isnt technicaly illegal so I dont believe you should be moderated for that.

It was because my link led to the official jail-breaking site and the powers that be didn't want members to follow it, jail-break and then have possible problems.

No it is not illegal.

Apple may refuse warranty repairs but as we know a restore takes the jail-break away and no grey area on warranty remains.
