What I found the funniest part was that those flag marshals kept on waving the yellow and red flags when it was plainly obvious the track was blocked and nobody was going anywhere.

Just heard a little bit of the budget. Not in a position to hear it all. However the Chancellor mentioned tax issues. I heard him say 'Sorry Lewis' so presumed he meant Lewis Hamilton...and might be looking for a way to close loopholes on so called tax avoidance...or clamp down on everyone who has a private jet ? Anyone who can elaborate then please do so....

I think that I heard that employees will be allowed to charge their electric vehicles at their workplace without incurring a "benefit in kind" charge from HMRC.

Not sure I heard anything else but there again I don't usually take that much notice of what Philip Hammond says.
