It is 2018, The year of the Halo... Like it or hate it, it will be implemented as part of new FIA rules

None of the 2018 cars have been revealed yet (that happens in February) but this is how it will look

Most drivers' aren't keen but are having to toe the party line...

Yes @-Ben- though as someone on an F1 forum pointed out today, Rosberg still had a year to go on his contract when he retired....(as he knew he couldn't do it again)

No.. I doubt Lewis would follow in Nico's footsteps. 

There again he hasn't won this WDC yet due to DNF's, poor strategy calls by his team and a rubbish start at Silverstone..

Also, Ferrari seem to have the faster car on some circuits.. Very evenly matched. 

Must admit I like the Red Bulls. Danny and Max's relationship off grid seems to be the best of the lot  

Funny to think they were the most dominant team 5 years ago?

Hybrid F1 was the downfall for the RB's, but I think they are slowly creeping their way back to the top...🤠

Danny and Max spend lots of time together, they attend lots of racing events together and post it on their Instagram's, always seem to be competing too!😂

Today sees the start of the German F1 at Hockenheim (thank god, I was having withdrawal symptoms)

So...FP1 is over. Daniel Ricciardo was the fastest. However as he now on his 3rd MGU-K he takes a massive penalty and starts at the back of the grid.

Lewis looks as if he is taking no part in P3.

Just arrived and went straight to the Merc motorhome looking quite ill. Talk about one of the reserve drivers taking his car out?

Scrap that. Merc said he's ok but no word on whether either of the Mercs will be going out in P3  as it's lashing down... Only a few have made a run.

So Lewis is out of Q1. Hydraulics failure. Possibly starting in 15th.

Unless he damaged the PU when trying to push it back to the pits...
