FORMULA ONE 2025.

From 1/1/2025 Lewis Hamilton became a Ferrari driver.

The Ferrari media team released a very clever post.

Note the time it was posted. 16.44. 16  is Charles Leclerc's race number and 44 is Lewis Hamiltons number. (they are now team mates). Interesting to note that Mercedes have lost just under a million followers and Ferrari have gained over a million.

With all his farewell commitments to Mercedes, Lewis has not tested in last years Ferrari. (All new drivers did a test run in Abu Dhabi.) It's understood, he will be testing in Marinello, Italy, later this month.

A lot to learn. New car, new steering wheel, new team, new race engineer and new language.

Personally, I'm not expecting him to do that well initially. Only time will tell.

* Pre- Season Testing in Bahrain 26th-28th February.

* 1st Race - Australia Friday March 14th-Sunday 16th March.

The prob;em with replays @madasaf1sh is they miss chunks out. 😂

I'm one of these F1 fans who can't bear to miss anything. Even the chit chat on the radio comms.

I also rewatch races. Still got Silverstone 24 in my collection 😉

Oh how blumming exciting. LOVE IT!!

Max didn't get close enough to clang Lewis off track on this occasion.

Piastri overtook Max on lap 16.

As you see, Ferrari's pace appears to have dropped off!!

Race : CHINA.

Interesting although a bit boring race.

The start was ok apart from Leclerc hitting the white line and knocking into Hamilton. This caused Charles to lose the end plate from his front wing. Despite that both Ferrari's got past Verstappen. Lewis's car was slower than Leclercs and LH offered to swap places. This was done, then they decided to put LH on a two stop.

He was the fastest car on track but with just 1 second to go, Max overtook Leclerc for 4th place so the  Ferrari's ended up in the same place they started but with Charles in 5th and :Lewis in 6th. 

 1/2 finish for the McLarens.
