Hey guys,
I hadn't realised that the Eurovision was just around the corner!
The 64th Eurovision Song Contest will take place at the Expo Tel Aviv (International Convention Center), with the first semi-final tomorrow, followed by the second semi-final on Thursday and the grand final on Saturday.
Are you looking forward to it? Do you have any fun yearly tradition around the show? What are your favourite performances and highlights from the previous years?
I used to stay up and watch it with some friends, but in recent years I have followed the highlights from various articles and social media posts instead. If some of you watch the show live this year, I'll definitely follow it through your comments

You and me both. The reality is this, if we had Tom Jones, Elton John or even The Rolling Stones, who still fill stadiums and venues all over the world, singing the most greatest song ever heard, we still wouldn't win.
Time to pull out and save ourselves the annual humiliation.

Totally agree, @jonsie and @Cleoriff
Not only that but UK has some of the greatest song writers of all time and even if they composed the UK entry, we`d still finish last. The question is "why does the UK pride itself on worldwide humilation", I mean we are a joke over Brexit and then put ourselves forward for this talentless show.

In embarrassed to say I'm from the UK. Anyone asks, I'm Thai!

And after correcting for a glitch in the voting, the UK ends up supporting the entire competition this year, with just 11 points...

" Correcting a glitch in the voting"??
Even more evidence, if any needed, that the whole competition is a fix. Lets just get out now.
