One thing it will do is to set the benchmark for other operators. Perhaps they have also taken on board the number of complaints they've received.

Now thats interesting.
I was looking at using ee in my iphone 5 when they first launched but was put off by the high tariffs and battery drain issues.
Think ill have a nosey around the net to look over the complaints they have received
