One thing it will do is to set the benchmark for other operators. Perhaps they have also taken on board the number of complaints they've received.

Getting customers on board before they get a choice....?

Now thats interesting.

 

I was looking at using ee in my iphone 5 when they first launched but was put off by the high tariffs and battery drain issues.

 

Think ill have a nosey around the net to look over the complaints they have received slight_smile

I haven't looked but I'll wager a bet that the most common one is that it doesn't deliver on the speed promises wink

Well ive had a look over their forum and yes there are quite a few customers who are saying 4g is not connecting correctly etc.

A few complaining that they don't yet support blackberry users.

On balance some happy customers.
