Quite surprised at that @blissgirl. Paricularly the part about mobiles

"EE was also named as the most complained-about provider of pay-monthly mobile services for the first three quarters, although in the last quarter of 2014 it was overtaken by Vodafone".

Not surprised, filled out one of their unlocking forms, waited 9 days then got a message saying rejected,
Called up cs to ask why,............

We are not unlocking that handset for six months and until you are customer longer than six months.

It was my iPhone 4 and I've been a customer for 5 years.

Yeah I use it to smooth filler, I thought we had this conversation?
Because the screen is super smooth and flat, it's perfect at soothing over any filler work that needs doing, used to use old Bank card but iphone is far better at the job.
