Disable Iphone 4S for periods throughout the day monday to friday

Is it possible for 02 to disable a phone for given periods of time?  I need to limit the phone use by my young niece whilst at school without resorting to taking the phone off her.  Is it possible for 02 set up an automatic disable of the phone monday to friday between the hours of 8.45am - 3.30pm?  The phone is on monthly contract rather than PAYG.  I think I know the answer but I live in hope.

Thank you

Karen

A phone is essential for our children these days so parents aren't worried about their safety in these troubled times.

You can see in My O2 times when texts and calls are made. Confiscation of the phone for a day every time you see it used in school time would possibly work but no peace of mind for yourself @Anonymous but it would be a quick learning process for kiddies....

Yes...peace of mind about our children is paramount....(Particularly in this day and age) and actually the OPs niece only goes over about £5.00 a month. It could be much worse....

I agree, I would be happy with that but it doesn't get over the problem of usage in periods of learning. I know some schools confiscate the phone until leaving time....they do in my district certainly if someone is found using it in lessons. Parents get really stroppy about it, so many idiots writing in to the local papers complaining, quite unbelievable....

Tesco (which runs on the O2 network) will do capped contracts so you can set a limit of overspend that just cuts off the phone when reached.
