Meanwhile on the off-topic site of things...I realized we missed the International Sandwich day! Tragedy!

Folks, what is your personal recipe for the PERFECT sandwich? I am really interested as I keep a personal recipe journal and that will be a nice addition...

I have to admit I am sucker for the simple things and I think yummy Ham & Cheese sandwich is what keeps me a happy soul!

It has to be a toastie though, otherwise is to blah-blah!

Who has the best recipe?? Care to share?

favorite sandwich at the minute is not one i've tried to make personally...

a certain sandwich shop (another name for underground) makes one called the chicken pizziola.

what they do is spread some of the meatball sauce on one side, then put slices of pepperoni on followed by chicken pieces and cheese, then toast it.

on a side note, i'm now hungry. back in a minute...
